Mother Nature was putting on some pretty bold displays of spring color and unique accessorizing during a hike I took in Red Rock Canyon this past weekend. Even in the middle of the dry desert, I observed a brilliant fashion show of greens, pinks, reds and oranges - proving Ms. Nature has an edgy glam style all her own. My sister is currently transitioning her 2-year old son into his first big boy room, and using Pinterest to gather her design ideas for the project. Sara's got a great retro decorating style that she balances well with modern touches - like crisp lines and bright pops of color. Unique vintage finds are scattered throughout her house, and this big-boy room will follow suit!
