While beehivestyle designer Denise Disharoon began her career in furniture design, an interest in global culture led her to leave her deep roots in the South and travel throughout Europe, Latin America, and China. The strong impressions of architecture and designs in nature she observed during this time eventually melded with her love of jewelry making, and she soon found herself apprenticing with a master goldsmith in Hamburg, Germany. A detailed, hands-on approach cultivated her signature style: fusing elemental and architectural forms. Each piece of Denise Disharoon jewelry is handmade, fabricated, and finished from recycled sterling silver and gold in the designer’s Atlanta based studio. Her work has received recognition in a variety of national publications - including Lucky, Daily Candy, and Pregnancy & Newborn. Her devotees include Sienna Miller and Cindy Crawford!
