Handcrafted 7x9 double frame, with two pieces of ribbed textured glass soldered together on each side.  Will accommodate a pair of 5x7 images perfectly, but can also handle images and memorabilia slightly larger or smaller.  The double-pane construction makes for easy replacement of photographs, just slide in between the 2 panes of glass and position. Small circular spacer helps hold the image in place. Overall hinged dimension measures 9Hx14.5W inches.

Ingo Williams opened his first studio in 1972 at the corner of Bedford and Downing Streets in New York’s electric West Village. Over the years, influences from his surroundings seeped into his work, and Williams began to develop unique patterns and techniques - soldering two paralleled pieces of glass together, then resting architectural frames on unique glass stands. In it’s present form, the line is a collection of simple - yet eye catching - glass frames. Each, versatile and perfectly suited for photographs of many shapes and sizes. The subtle texturing of the glasswork brings attention to photographs, and the frames are especially impactful and artful when grouped together.
